2. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is expired at the time of delivery
  • Package is tampered or opened before delivery

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product ordered by customer
  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products
  • Products without original packaging

3. Return Request Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

    • Product name
    • Clear images of the issue
    • Description of the problem

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.


4. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

📌 In case of Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
  • Delays caused by customs or logistics partners
  • Product seized by customs due to local regulations

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • In case of our mistake (wrong/damaged product), return shipping cost will be covered by us

8. International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for checking local import laws
  • We are not responsible for customs clearance issues
  • Refunds are not applicable for orders held or rejected by customs
